V0R 1V0  or drop off at Bridles & Bits.  ****HCBC card must be shown on the day of the show OR photocopy and send it in with your registration form unless you attended the Sept.  show otherwise you will not be able to show.****** Concession available

  • All Rainbow Horse Club Schooling Shows are PAC approved and also a part of the Open Show & Competition Program with B.C. Paint.  For more information, please click on the Link on the Home Page.
  • High-Point Trophies for each Division/Discipline and Rosettes for Reserve at every show.  There will also be a Hi-Point Paint but there must be at least 2 registered Paints competing and the rider must be a member of the BCPHC.
  • Year End Hi-Point awards have been added also.  Cooler for Hi-Point and Saddle Blanket for Reserve.  Year End Hi-Point for Paint also.

New Divisions

  •  NEW Division -- Pee Wee 8 years and under -- w/t only.  Classes to coincide with the Jr. Division but judged seperate.  
  • Jr. is 13 years and under as of January 1 of the current year (walk/trot only).  A a competitor may compete in Intermediate instead of the Jr. Division if they wish to canter/lope.
  • Intermediate is 14 to 18 years as of January 1 of the current year.
  • Sr. is 19 years and up
  • Green Horse a walk/trot/canter class for riders with green horses who are 5 years & under that are in their 1st or 2nd season of showing and are ineligible for any other divisions.
  • Walk/Trot is a class for the less competitive rider or less experienced rider or horse that wishes to start out competing with others at the same ability level.  It must be the first year of show for the horse or for rider.Open to all ages.  To show at a walk and trot/jog both directions of the arena.  Other examples of basic horsemanship may be called for at the judge's discretion.
  • There will be an open gyhmkhana to be held after lunch. This will include barrel racing and pole bending.
  • At the end of the day there will be an approved BCBRA barrel race.
